To calculate a chart, we collect the name you provide, date, time and place of birth, and the resulting coordinates and chart calculation. We also process technical request data necessary to operate and protect the service, and the language preference cookie.

If direct checkout is enabled, we additionally process order, payment-status and email data. When checkout is hosted by a third party, that provider processes payment data under its own notice.

We use chart data to provide the calculation you request and display its result; this is necessary to provide the requested service. We use security and essential cookies to operate the website and prevent abuse. We use aggregate Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand performance and improve the site.

Where consent is required by applicable law, we ask for it before using optional technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link.

Data is processed by hosting, database, email, storage and payment providers only as needed to run the service. Current technical providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Open-Meteo (for city suggestions), Resend and, when enabled, Stripe, Lava or Tribute. Their processing may involve countries outside the EEA; we use the safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual safeguards where applicable.

Chart records are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and resolve support or legal issues. Order records are retained for the period required by accounting, tax and consumer-protection law. We will delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed; you may request deletion sooner where the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. To exercise a right, email KarmicMoneyAstro@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in France, this is the CNIL. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

KarmicMoney is not directed to children. Do not submit personal data for a child without authority to do so. We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change; the date above shows the latest version.
